Never has it been easier to own and operate your own telephone dateline or chatline system. We provide both standard as well as customized " private label" licenses. Contact us for more information regarding either. Complete prompts and music tracks are included with all products. All products are immediately ready for live deployment once installed and configured.

Software -
Our software products are designed for use with MS Windows NT or Windows 2000 Server operating systems (employing Dialogic's "DNA" natural drivers) and Dialogic/Intel analog or digital voice telephoney cards.

The maximum amount of concurrent call traffic on a system is only limited by:

  • the number of licensed ports (phone lines),
  • the physical ports configured,
  • and the maximum threashold of the Dialogic device drivers.
Consecutive licenses may be installed on a system to increase it's line capacity. As a license is installed, the system configuration is immediately updated to reflect the new maximum phone line capacity.

Hardware -
Although we are primaily a software development company, we do build/ship custom turnkey systems, upon request. It's our desire to build the best possible turnkey solution for your market, should you require one.

As such, we constantly monitor new evolving, proven, technology and prices. Price quotes are based on the specific configuration options desired.

When building a turnkey system, we perform the following steps:

  • Build the system with all required (operating system compatable) hardware components.
  • Insure non-conflict optimization of:
    • BIOS,
    • memory mapping,
    • interrupts,
    • I/O port addresses,
    • DMA/memory addresses,
    • Voice board addressing,
    • device drivers, etc...
  • Install and configure all software:
    • format/partition hard drive(s),
    • install operating system,
    • install and configure all drivers/diagnostic software (including Dialogic drivers)
  • Insure proper installation and testing of our voice software product and all related files.
  • Completely test the entire system with saturated call traffic prior to shipping, insuring that it is completely ready for immediate deployment and activation.
